Macaroni Review: Summer Infant My Size Potty

Sponsored Review

By Andrea Daniell March 7, 2017

With this last product review for the 2017 Macaroni Kid Baby Brunch, I really, really want to just jump right in and tell you the very best part of this product. I almost can't help myself.

But I'll slow down, and first tell you that Summer Infant sent us this training potty for the sake of our review and our baby brunch, but that as always, all opinions are my own. Then I'll tell you that I haven't actually gotten a chance to use this potty yet because my Brooks is barely even walking, let alone potty training. That said... I can't WAIT to use this thing. Seriously.

So now can I skip ahead to the best part? IT MAKES FLUSHING SOUNDS! I seriously couldn't get enough of just playing with the flusher and listening to that sound. It sent giggles through my seven year old, and me, and my husband. When it came to the little guy though, he was definitely most interested in climbing on his new "throne" (see what I did there?) and just, well, sitting. Which is actually want you want in the pre-potty-training stage. Build interest. Make it fun. Make it something they want to be a part of. It does wonders in building their confidence if you can make it as enjoyable as possible.

This seat also features (for practicality's sake) a flip-up seat with an easy-to-clean bowl, a hidden wipes compartment (check the tank!) and a clip-on splash guard for boys. Seriously, this potty has it all - including all the fun.

It retails for $34.99 and is available at all your favorite baby outlets. To learn more, visit the Summer Infant website.
